Overall BIM coordination creates an interface between discipline-specific planners and the client for the BIM model. In this role, I take responsibility for integrating the discipline-specific models into a single master model. The master model is continuously checked for clashes, consistency, and compliance with the agreed levels of detail. At defined intervals, the verified coordination model is made available to BIM management so that all project participants are informed of the current status of the planning at all times.
